AUTRES LOISIRS : technique des sequins et épingles sur polystyrène

Les sequins sont des petits disques de plastiques brillants, de toutes les couleurs, que l’on peut coudre sur du tissu, mais aussi appliquer sur des supports en polystyrène (boules, étoiles, coeurs, nounours, clowns ...) grâce à des épingles : enfantin !

Les sequins ne sont pas plats, on les applique face concave contre le support, et on épingle sur la face convexe. Les épingles sont soit argentées soit dorées, et soit de 18 mm de long (pour les grands supports), soit de 10 mm (pour les petits supports). Pour une fois, je vous conseille d’acheter les épingles dans les magasins de loisirs créatifs, plutôt que dans les merceries où elles sont nettement plus chères.

Une dernière petite chose, si le support est super léger tant qu’il est brut, il devient très lourd une fois garni, ce qui peut être un véritable problème pour les boules que l’on souhaite suspendre au sapin de Noël par exemple.
